Exchange Policy
- Exchange/Replacement can be requested through Email or WhatsApp.
- Return and Refund are only possible in case of any defects in the product or if you have received the wrong product, and we are unable to replace it with the correct one.
- Rs. 300 is charged for hand-to-hand replacement shipping.
- Any returns and exchange/replacements are only possible if the tags and packaging of the product in question are not removed. We will not be able to accept any returns if the tags and packaging are removed.
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a product, you have the option to exchange it for any other product from our store. Returns are not accepted in this case.
